Regular Design Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
We dedicate these specific days to focus on creating beautiful, meaningful designs for our valued customers. This schedule allows us to give each project the attention and care it deserves.
Need your design on a non-design day (Tuesday, Thursday, or Sunday)? We understand that sometimes you're in a rush and want to purchase the same day!
Express Design Fee: Additional $10
This express service fee covers the cost of adjusting our schedule to accommodate your urgent needs. We're happy to help when time is of the essence!
Personalized/Special Order Designs
All personal designs/orders will remain visible for purchase on our store for the maximum of 60 days. Hence, if a special-order purchase hasn't been made in the mentioned time span, it will be removed from our store until the customer reorders.
