At Lasona's Designs, under no circumstances do we provide a 'return item' service, only refunds. We strive to provide high quality print on demand products that will meet our customers' expectation. However, we understand that issues may arise.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase and need a refund, these are the refundable criterias.

Eligible Items for Refund

We only offer refunds for:

  • Cracked or damaged glassware
  • T-shirts with color defects

Refund Requirements

  1. Damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery
  2. Supporting photos of damaged items MUST be provided

How to Request a Refund

  • Clear photos showing the damage
  • Brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and process eligible refunds within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Items not meeting the above criteria are not eligible for refunds
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that don't meet our requirements
